WHAT IT IS!: My opinion page.

OKAY LET ME EXPLAIN UKRAINE.

The USA has the most advanced weapon designs on Earth. We are at least 20 years ahead of the Chinese. However, the arms producers still have billons of dollars in inventory made of the weapons of which China now has equivalents. So, what we have in use is not "ahead" of our main military rival. Now, if we just scrap those weapons currently "in the field", the US weapons makers and arms traffickers would loose a whole buncha ducats. And those guys don't like to lose ducats. Luckily they own enough governments , or parts thereof, to buy themselves a war.

So they bought a war in Ukraine. Everybody gets what they want. The American left gets to use the war as a smokescreen to hide their intentional destruction of the American Dream; Russia makes a trillion dollars holding Europe hostage for Russian oil, and (always follow the money) the masters of war get to sell all their obsolete weapons abroad and protect their shekels. Oh but wait, there's more.

Having sold off all the old weaponry, the manufacturers of human killing-property destroying devices can then sell to America (us taxpayers) trillions of dollars worth of the "newly developed" weapons systems. "New developed" meaning "designed a decade ago, tested and proven, ready for development". Ahh you say, but what about China, our number one enemy?

Okay, simple question, who controls almost all of the "rare earth" materials used to manufacture much of the current technology? And, who's controlling the market for computer chips? See how it all works together?

Then they just find a place nobody truly gives a shit about...like Ukraine and, stage the whole show there. And Bob is your uncle.
